hito is here for everyone. Anyone who wants to feel comfortable and safe, from breakfast to dinner, and also on the dance floor during our events. We stand for an open atmosphere and we provide the space to be yourself. To maintain that, we have a few house rules.

This includes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, and any other form of hate or violence – whether physical, emotional, or verbal.
If such behaviour occurs, we'll step in. This might mean you'll be asked to leave and won't be welcome at Hito anymore.
We always reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, even if you have a ticket for an event.
Reasons might include being visibly under the influence, behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully towards our team, arriving in a large group, not dressing to the event's vibe, or simply not knowing what you're there for.
Hito isn't a place for that kind of energy.
Were you denied entry and bought a ticket through Eventix?
You'll get your money back at the door straight away.
Did you buy your ticket via Ticketswap?
You'll need to resell it yourself on that platform – we can't offer refunds for those.
If you've already gotten inside and later have to leave, your ticket won't be refunded.
Being refused entry might still mean you're welcome later, provided the situation has changed.

Hito is adults-only during events.
The minimum age is 18.
Some events have a minimum age of 21.
Make sure to always bring your ID and check the event info in advance.

if we think something in your bag poses a risk to safety, we might ask you to have your bag checked.

using or dealing drugs is not permitted within hito.  
possession of large quantities will not be tolerated.  
if in doubt, we may call in emergency services.  
we occasionally take photos or videos on the dance floor, for instance, for aftermovies or social media.  
by entering, you give consent for hito or the event's organiser to use this footage.  
professional recording equipment such as cameras, drones, or microphones are not allowed.  
please don't bring glassware, plastic bottles, cans, drugs, laughing gas, fireworks, weapons, or other dangerous items.  
food, drinks, pets, or alcohol from outside are not allowed inside.  
using your flash disturbs others.  
on some nights, there's a no-camera policy – we'll cover your lens.  
please respect this.  
if you continue filming or photographing, we may ask you to leave the premises.  
clothing with discriminating texts, football shirts, motor club attire or other group-specific expressions are not allowed.  
promotional material like flyers or samples can only be shared with hito's permission.  
to ensure everyone's safety, there are security cameras in some areas.  
using lockers or coat check is at your own risk.  
hito is not liable for lost or damaged items.
