these terms and conditions apply to all services of zand in je bed b.v. (operating under the name hito), located at strand noord 1, 2586ZZ in the hague, registered with the chamber of commerce under number 81775199.

reservations (restaurant)
reservations can be made via zenchef or by contacting directly – for groups of 12 or more, please reserve through events@hito.nl
changes or cancellations are free of charge, unless agreed otherwise
in case of a no-show, hito reserves the right to refuse future reservations
gift cards are available via zenchef and can be used according to the terms at purchaseevents and tickets
hito provides free music programming during dinners, including dj sets on weekends – a limited number of events per year are ticketed
tickets are sold through weeztix and are subject to their terms and conditions
in case of refusal at the door due to behaviour or house rule violations, hito may decide on refunds
this is not a right
resale is only allowed through recognised platforms
no refunds will be given upon removal after entry
changes to line-up, schedule, or format do not entitle you to a refundbehaviour and safety
visitors must always abide by hito's house rules
hito reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for behaviour that disrupts safety, atmosphere, or inclusivity
bags may be checked or other security measures applied at the entrance
by attending an event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, unless a no-camera policy is in effect
payments
all prices include vat, unless stated otherwise
payment on-site can be made by card or other accepted methods
for group bookings, a deposit or additional arrangement may apply, discussed via email
liability
visiting hito is at your own risk
hito is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
use of lockers or cloakroom is at your own risk
hito is not responsible for incorrect information about events or temporary unavailability of servicesuse of the website
